How do I order a back issue?
We offer back issues at a cost of $4.95 plus $2.00 shipping and handling per copy for domestic shipping or $4.00 shipping and handling per copy for international addresses. The back issues that we have available include February 2003 through our current issue with a few exceptions. If you would like to inquire about the availability of a certain issue, please send an email to ode@emailcustomerservice.com.

How long does it take to get my first issue?
It takes between 4 and 8 weeks to receive your first issue.
How do I renew my subscription online?

How do I know when subscription is going to expire?
The expiration date should appear on your mailing label in a form like 0904 (YYMM). To confirm, please call our Subscription Services at 888-633-6242 ext. 907.

How will my friend know I purchased a gift subscription for him/her?
Each gift subscription recipient will receive a postcard informing him/her of the gift subscription. The postcard will arrive before their first issue.
I was supposed to receive a gift with my subscription or renewal, but I didn’t. Who do I contact?
