About Antonia Hall

I am a writer, artist, and communications professional residing in the beautiful Bay Area, in California. Years ago I made a commitment to helping people awaken to joyfully following their heart’s calling and living their highest potential. Through my writings I share my journey of self-discovery and love for life, and welcome readers to join in the fun. I have spent many years living abroad in the Netherlands, France, Mexico, and Costa Rica, and love to explore new lands and cultures. I am currently completing my M.A. at the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology in Palo Alto, and am also a nature enthusiast who devotes time to protecting the environment and promoting green living.
