    This is quite refreshing to hear. Although, it is 2012 and this should be commonplace by now, surely? There are loads of misconceptions about Africa, especially the poorer countries, and I for one think it’s fantastic for women to be steaming ahead and being icons for African businessmen and women – maybe they can show the blokes how it’s done! A very close friend of mine from the Ivory Coast, who is one of the most intelligent women I have ever met, has so much to offer her own country – and the world, actually. I hope there are more who follow in their footsteps.
