Help for college students who are illegal immigrants

With the Dream Act bill in limbo in Albany, the New York Immigration Foundation, with help from the Korean American Community Foundation and labor groups, and the support of the Fund for Public Advocacy, put up the money to help 10 undergraduates in the City University of New York pay their tuition.
